The Power of a Logo
/I am not sure there is anything more visibly important to a business than having a logo. When launching a company this s a key detail that cannot be overlooked or undervalued in its importance.
This may seem obvious to some; however the number of businesses I see launching without a logo is astonishing. Think about it: Amazon without a logo would just be a noun that refers to a river in South America. What about Carolinas Health Care? Is that a topic for politicians to discuss in a debate? The logo lets others know that the words mean something and it brands us. It gives us a tangible item that, on its own, sets an expectation of professionalism and service before we even engage. Without branding, we are easily lost in the shuffle.
The logo will carry through to all aspects of the business including email, website, signage, and even into accounting. Speaking of accounting, it is much less effective to send someone a bill with the name of your company typed out on the invoice versus a statement with a logo. Some companies even struggle to get paid because the invoices are not taken seriously.
