MEETING ROOMS
Bring your clients into our Huntersville meeting and conference rooms and you are sure to impress them. All of our clients have access to our full-service meeting room facilities. Whether for an hour, a day, or a full week, our facilities will exceed your expectations.
Our rooms include whiteboards, high definition projectors or displays, internet for you and your guests, telecommunications, and even web conference capabilities.
Once we receive your reservation request, our events team will contact you for final details. We want to ensure your meeting is exactly how you want it and every detail is addressed. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to help you in your goals.
PAYMENT DETAILS
We require a 50% deposit of the total amount to hold your reservation. Final payment is due on the day of service any additional items such as printing.
Reservations can be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty up to 5 days in advance of the meeting.
Once the reservation is made, you will receive a phone call from the Receptionist to take the deposit.
